I’m delighted to share my first monograph—Botany of Transcendence, Mythical Plants through the Lens of Naida Osline, a beautiful 98-page volume that brings together my botanical work from 2007 through 2024. Published in conjunction with my solo exhibition at the Museum of Art and History (MOAH) in Lancaster, California, it features 51 individual works and three essays by incredible curators, critics, artists and writers including a comprehensive essay by Tyler Stallings, tracing my practice and influences; a reflective piece by Douglas McCulloh exploring my botanical work as it relates to time and photography; and a wonderfully lyrical and opulent essay by Shana Nys Dambrot. Beautifully designed by artist Tony Pinto and edited by Christopher Michno.
